Gripfast are currently working with Vicinity Centres managing tenancy delivery across multiple centres in Queensland.
This role includes tendering, management, and on-site coordination of landlord contractors, reporting to the design and leasing teams, and preparation and management of client budgets, schedules and certification. To date, dozens of tenancies have been successfully delivered across multiple centres to both client and tenant satisfaction.
