Optimisation of the prominent location and increasing foot traffic was at the core of the development direction. Gripfast acted as the conduit between the corporate expectation of Vicinity (an ASK listed company) and the 22 six-star tenancies such as Dior, Fendi and Saint Laurent. By engaging regularly with shopfitters, existing tenants, client staff and WHS teams, Gripfast were able to deliver all tenancies before Christmas and to the exacting standards expected by the client and tenants. The new Queens Plaza is a fresh approach to high end shopping in Brisbane.
