This split tenancy work for Whitsunday Plaza involved upgrading an existing large tenancy (approx. 2000m2) into two smaller warm shell tenancies for an Anaconda and a Gym.

The project was time-critical, with the client requiring both tenancies to be trading by the Christmas period. Through thorough coordination and innovative design, both tenancies were delivered on time and on budget.  This project was managed from Brisbane with regular site visits
