Gripfast delivered a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartment building in South Toowoomba.
Description:
The nature of this development introduced several strict client and certification requirements that had to be met to ensure both the availability of funding and the delivery of a fit for purpose complex. Gripfast engaged in detailed cost monitoring and several value management sessions to ensure the design met both MSQ and certification standards within budget.

- Working within NDIS requirements
- Site inspection, soil, and ground testing
- 12 SDA approved apartments
- One onsite overnight assistance (OOA) space
