Gripfast worked with a new development management firm to superintend and project management the delivery of 9 High Physical Support SDA Homes located in the wider Brisbane metropolitan area.
This was the pilot development for multiple planned project packages. It was the first time that Unite had undertaken a project in this format requiring significant input, contract management and stakeholder engagement from Gripfast.
Contract – D & C

Initially and ECI contract was tendered. There were significant problems with contractors and by the time these were resolved, the project had moved from an ECI to a D&C
