A key component of this project is stakeholder management. By fostering positive relationships with local council ad key stakeholders, both communication and project productivity has improved. Gripfast is responsible for scoping, tendering and co-ordination the delivery of complex infrastructure projects at Doomadgee through to practical completion and asset handover.

Despite the associated challenges involved with delivering key infrastructure and ongoing support to a regional community, Gripfast continues to successfully manage the delivery of critical wastewater and solid waste whilst ensuring the local community feels engaged with and supported.
