TMR wanted to develop a robust model of commercial goods and services vehicle movements in SE Queensland to support planning, maintenance and the efficient and effective use of the road network.
Gripfast used a risk-based approach to monitor the time, cost quality and stakeholder implications for the project facilitating a wide range of project activities.
Contract – Consultancy Agreement / Panel

- Enhance TMR’s ability to understand the current situation and address existing problems
- Assist the Federal and Queensland Governments in mapping and understanding transport infrastructure requirements
