Gripfast is responsible for scoping, tendering and co-ordinating the delivery of complex infrastructure projects at Doomadgee through to practical completion and asset handover. We are currently project managing the delivery of critical water, waster water and solid waste projects at Doomadgee. A key component of this project is strong stakeholder engagement and coordination. By fostering positive relationships with local council and key stakeholders, both project communication and productivity has improved.

Despite the associated challenges involved with delivering key infrastructure and ongoing support to a regional community, Gripfast continues to successfully manage the delivery of critical wastewater and solid waste whilst ensuring the local community is engaged with and supported.
