Gripfast Consulting were engaged by QRA to review its outdated natural disaster business processes and framework. Â
Description:
They were then tasked with developing frameworks and business processes to better suit QLD Government needs in the future. Â The verification process was included as a major part of the State disaster co-ordination group annual exercise and review. The project was successfully delivered within its allocated budget and timeline.
