Gripfast was responsible for project managing the cold shell fitout of 10 tenancies, as part of Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre’s Eight Street Markets precinct.
This project required Gripfast to coordinate the novation of client consultants to the D&C contractor, as well as managing communications between this team and the proposed tenants. This project was delivered on time, on budget and exceeded client expectations
