The new facility hosts the executive education teaching and learning that will be delivered to all MBA students.  Finally, 293 Queens St is a ‘shopfront’ for all prospective UQ students from across all faculties and institutes due synergies of co-location.  Gripfast provided comprehensive project management services across all project phases including feasibility, design and construction.  We developed a bespoke ECI / D&C contract for the project which suited the complicated building conditions.  Gripfast worked closely with the heritage consultant and the design team to maximise space versatility and meet UQ’s equitable access guidelines, while still complying with the exacting heritage requirements.  The new state-of-the art facility seamlessly combines the latest in technology with the unique heritage elements of the iconic building.
