Gripfast were appointed to deliver 12 hospitality and retail tenancies within the newly redeveloped Elizabeth Arcade in Brisbane CBD.

This involved coordination of fitout from cold shell with each tenancy’s individual contactors, to ensure all met head lease requirements, as well as integrating with each different fitout. Gripfast successfully managed this process through proactive stakeholder engagement and tight time management.
