In preparation for reviews by the finance committee and COO, short turn around, high level, independent end of project reviews required for ANL building ($172m) and the SRP ($92m)
Deliverables:
- Desk top document review
- Interviews with internal and external consultants and contractors
- Report on communication, stakeholders, consultants and contractor performance, tender process, contracts used project outcomes – scope, budget, program, quality and close out.
- Review of UQ processes and governance relevant to the project
- Lessons Learnt
