Marty is as an experienced leader. His diverse and unique career to date has included construction, army officer training and teaching. This multi-sector experience has refined his interpersonal skills on delivery of complex projects.
Marty is a diligent worker whose cross-industry work proves his exemplary work ethic and ability to grasp complex problems. His knowledge of being ‘on the tools’ combined with years of delivering projects both in and our of the Army make Marty an extremely capable project manager.
Marty’s communication skills are vital in managing stakeholders and displays his high level of communication and organisational skills. His maintenance of composure and clear, strategic thinking, allow him to find solutions to the most complex of challenges. His background pertaining to interpersonal relations across a multitude of sectors provides him with the ability to mediate any situation.
