Erin is an established consultant and expert advisor, recognised for providing bespoke strategic communications, engagement, evaluation, and identity solutions for public and private clients. She is an integral member of the Gripfast Strategic Advisory board.

Having adopted a reputation for thinking differently, chasing big ideas and developing deep-diving insights for best practice, high performing client outcomes, Erin operates with an innovative, yet commercially grounded approach. Her professional strength lies in the expert delivery of inclusive, insights driven key stakeholder engagement, facilitation and evaluation projects – particularly around matters of inclusion, innovation and change.

Fully IAP2 Certified, Erin was appointed Australian representative for the International Association for Participation’s Global Governance Committee for the development of best practice engagement and has set new standards in bespoke engagement projects for public and private clients, Internationally. For almost 20 years, Erin has been engaging alongside clients on projects dealing with social and cultural inclusion, policy and program development particularly in the areas of disability, community planning, community program development, and kinship care.

Erin’s work has always been underpinned by a deep-set drive to create meaningful client outcomes via the creation of strategic plans, programs and platforms for growth and change to occur.
