Bronson is an experienced team manager whose experience in the Australian Defence Force has provided him with important training for project management. His experience in leading large and complex teams through difficult situations has developed Bronson’s keen understanding of team management and plan integration. This extensive experience has provided him with key skills in human resource management, organisational transformation and risk management. His time spent in the Defence Force translates directly into his project management work. Bronson clearly demonstrates his vast project management abilities through his clear set of soft skills, which are further supported by his hard, technical skills. Bronson has over a decade of experience as a commissioned officer in the Royal Australian Infantry. Bronson has graduated from the Australian Defence Force Academy and the Royal Military College before posting to Townsville to build his experience in government, training, and project management. He has worked within multiple headquarter elements that engaged with stakeholders around Australia for different projects and exercises, including the Afghanistan humanitarian emergency in 2021 with the planning and execution of deploying Australian troops and the evacuation of around 4,100 people.

Bronson has represented Australia and worked with multiple international organisations during his military career during his time in Hawaii, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Malaysia, and Solomon Islands. This provided him with the knowledge and experience to work with uncertainty to provide a suitable outcome for all stakeholders. This is what makes Bronson a great addition to the team and his project management and communication skills are effective in delivering a project on time and within budget.
