Raissa Oliveira combines strong academic credentials, hands-on construction experience, and a passion for design-led project delivery. Holding a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture, Raissa applies a design-informed, practical approach to managing projects through to delivery.
Raissa’s experience in contractor-side estimating and contract administration roles has provided a strong foundation for understanding practical project delivery. Raissa has a strong understanding of construction sequencing, cost control, procurement management and processes, and risk. These skills enable her to expertly navigate complex project requirements across a range of sectors, scales, and environments. Raissa’s clients can be assured that their projects will be delivered with confidence and clarity, through a practical and efficient process.
Additionally, Raissa is also committed to maintaining project intent while ensuring the delivery of functional, buildable, and well-planned project solutions that respond to client needs. Her experience in the design space has honed her skills in client and stakeholder management, as she uses her keen ability to view projects holistically to translate the needs of multiple stakeholders into clear deliverables.
