Gripfast and HyperLocale are engaged by CHRC to provide a market leading Community and Stakeholder Engagement Plan and Communications Strategy to support the delivery of the Gemfields Planning Study (GPS)
Sponsored by the State Government. Together, the team is working to deliver a robust, future planning blueprint for the Gemfields via a co-design process.
Deliverables:
- Deliver a Communications and Engagement report
- Facilitate the co-design process with key stakeholders and community following IAP2 best practice guidelines
- Lead the monthly Project Reference Group and attend the Project Steering Group meetings
- Creation and strategic distribution of comms assets e.g. media releases, surveys, launch parties
- Assist with content for the online Council ‘Have Your Say’ page (FAQs, Communiques etc)
- Stakeholder engagement, management and mapping
