She has over a decade of experience in complex stakeholder management, working client side for local and state government on several key projects in the natural capital and environmental restoration spaces. Nicole has a clear and natural communication style that lends itself well to negotiation and collaboration. She is a seasoned professional when it comes to workshop design and facilitation, bringing her positive energy and quick, strategic thinking to the table.

As a partnerships and community engagement specialist, Nicole excels in relationship building with key stakeholders and guiding the design of data capture and analysis exercises to build cases for change at scale. Her ability to develop and grow cross-sector relationships in challenging circumstances has been key to achieving success in situation where options seemed limited. Nicole thrives on the challenge of delivering ambitious goals and loves to encourage others to aim high. Having worked in government and as consultant to government for over seven years, she understands the intricacies and processes involved in working with legislation, policy and strategic plans to make change happen.

Further, she has extensive experience in management and leadership positions. Nicole has led more than 300 volunteers across three different programs simultaneously, as well as founded two For Purpose organisations. She is well versed in program planning, project design and contract design and project management.
