A Deanâs Scholar and soon to be graduate with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Monica is bringing invaluable insight and support to the Gripfast team. Hard working and highly motivated, she is both an outstanding Project Co-ordinator and Administration Manager.
Monica joined Gripfast as an intern and is working as a project coordinator supporting a range of projects ranging from Department of Education (DoE) projects to civil-related projects for The University of Queensland and Retail First.
Monica has previously worked with Cassowary Council as an under-graduate engineer on a range of civil projects providing contract administration support to the team within the Assets Management Department.
Monicaâs knowledge, attention to detail and strong communications skills are evidenced by her award of a Deanâs Scholar Award in 2021. Monica is fluent with Gripfastâs Quality Assurance system and is working closely with the team to align DoEâs requirements with the Gripfast system.
Monica has been trained in the use of the range of DoE contracts and reporting requirements.
