Ella is a QUT graduate with a Bachelor of Design (Architecture). Her professional background includes significant work at architecture firms, where she was actively involved in a diverse range of projects spanning commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. With a knack for embracing novel software platforms and a remarkable aptitude for organization, Ella stands out in her proficiency for contract administration and client-side coordination. Ella transferred to project management in 2023 after rendering her soft skills through her education, marketing and architectural work, allowing her to blend her skills in stakeholder management with a tenacious work ethic. Since beginning at Gripfast, Ella has taken on company marketing in addition to her project work, as she utilizes her multifaceted skills in digital media, project management and design in order to provide diverse portfolio of abilities to both Gripfast and its clients.
