David McGuire, co-founder and Director of Gripfast Consulting, has dedicated over 24 years full time service with Australian Defence Force and continues to serve as a reservist. He is a natural born leader, whose extensive experience is complimented by a calm disposition and strategic mind.

His career in Defence has seen him liaise with and advise International Government senior officials, lead multi-national teams of over 120 personnel and direct operations that controlled over 150,000 personnel for the Commanding General. It means a lot to the company to be recognised for this service.

We actively provide employment and opportunities for veterans. Veterans make up a significant proportion of the company at 30%. We’re always on the lookout for new recruits, as we recognise the unique skill-set and strong work ethic that they bring to our team.

Gripfast continues to support Australian Defence and our Veterans. Our connection with Legacy Brisbane runs deep, as we deliver Pro Bono services for the new Legacy House project, fundraise through Run Army, Canungra Challenge and Legacy Ball, and support the strategic direction of the organisation with Dr. Annabel McGuire sitting on the board as Vice President.
